We primarily seek companies with their own delivery teams and experience in specific scopes of construction work. If you can independently provide a team and take responsibility for an assigned scope, we would like to hear from you.
We are also open to working with smaller specialist teams experienced in fit-out, technical installations or other specialist work. Such teams are particularly needed at selected stages of project delivery.

We are looking for subcontractors specialising in the installation of technical ceilings for a data center project. The scope of work includes, among other things, the construction of supporting substructures, installation of ceiling-system components, and other works related to the preparation and installation of the technical ceiling.
As part of a data center project in the Netherlands, the planned fit-out scope includes, among other things, the installation of walls and ceilings, joinery such as kitchens and built-in units, floor and wall finishes, and the installation of sanitary fixtures.
